Directions to Blue Ridge

Coming From Atlanta and Points South:
Take I-75N to a right onto I-575 (Town Center Mall area). Continue on I- 575 for approximately 35 miles and as you approach the signs for Ball Ground, GA, I-575 becomes 515, which is also known as Hwy 76, Hwy 5, the Zell Miller Parkway. This is the only four-lane road in Gilmer, Fannin, and Union counties area locals know it as “the four-lane.” This is the quickest route from Atlanta.

Continue on 515 another 40 miles or so until you enter Blue Ridge. Go to the 2nd traffic light on 515 and turn right onto West First St. Continue to the next traffic light and turn left onto Depot St. (Post Office is on the corner) Go 1 block and Coldwell Banker High Country Realty is on the right corner of Depot St and West Main St.

Coming From Georgia 400 – Dawsonville and Gainesville:
Turn left on 136, continue on 136 and it will cross over Hwy 9, continue on 136. Then 136 will merge right onto Hwy 183, Continue on 183 for about a mile or two until it ends at the intersection of Hwy 52, turn left onto Hwy 52 toward Ellijay. As you near Ellijay, turn right onto the access road just before the 515 overpass, the access road leads to 515. Turn right off the access road onto 515N and follow it another 15 miles into Blue Ridge. Turn right off of 515 at the 2nd traffic light onto West First St. Continue to the next traffic light and turn left onto Depot St. (Post Office is on the corner) Go 1 block and Coldwell Banker High Country Realty is on the right corner of Depot St and West Main St.

Coming From South Carolina and/or Charlotte NC:
From Interstate 85 south to Highway 76 (exit 19). Follow Hwy 76 towards Clemson SC. and continue west on Hwy 76 to Westminster and on to Clayton, Georgia. Follow Hwy 76/515 west through Young Harris and Blairsville to Blue Ridge. Turn right at the 2nd traffic light onto West First St. Then continue to the 1st traffic light and turn left onto Depot St. (Post Office is on the corner) Go 1 block and Coldwell Banker High Country Realty is on the right corner of Depot St and West Main St.

Coming From Gainesville:
Travel on Route 53 to Dawsonville (53 & 400). Turn right and go three miles north to GA 136. Turn left on 136, continue on 136 and it will cross over Hwy 9, continue on 136. Coming From Dahlonega Ga:
Travel west on Hwy 52 to Ellijay. As you near Ellijay, turn right onto the access road just before the 515 overpass, the access road leads to 515 (the four-lane). Turn right off the access road onto 515N and follow it another 15 miles into Blue Ridge. Coming From Knoxville:
Take I-75 South to Exit 60 (Sweetwater). Follow TN 68 south through Tellico Plains to Ducktown. Cross 64/75, continuing straight to Copperhill. You will pass the chemical plant. At the three-way stop with the IGA on the left, turn right on Hwy 5. You will immediately cross the river. Continue south on Hwy 5 until you reach the four-lane (515). Cross over 515 and you will be on West First St. Then continue to the 1st traffic light and turn left onto Depot St. (Post Office is on the corner) Go 1 block and Coldwell Banker High Country Realty is on the right corner of Depot St and West Main St.

Coming From Chattanooga:
Take I-75 North to Exit 20 (Cleveland) to access the bypass. From the bypass, take Route 40 toward Ocoee, Parksville, and Route 64/74. At Ducktown, turn right on Hwy 68 toward Copperhill. You will pass the chemical plant. At the three-way stop with the IGA on the right, turn right on Hwy 5. You will immediately cross the river. Continue south on Hwy 5 until you reach the four-lane (515).
